Fintrek Marketing is conducting a walk-in interview for the role of Sales Executive – Personal Loan in Dubai. We are hiring ambitious and target-driven individuals with at least 6 months of personal loan sales experience in the UAE or home country.

Whether you’re a fresh graduate looking for your first job or an experienced credit card sales executive, we want to meet motivated individuals ready to thrive in a fast-paced financial sales environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell personal loan products to eligible customers
• Generate leads via cold calling, referrals, and field outreach
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable financial solutions
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with banking policies
• Stay informed about bank guidelines and product updates

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in personal loan sales (UAE or home country
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Confident, presentable, and persuasive in front of clients
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn
• Freshers and experienced candidates in sales, telesales, or direct banking welcome
• Must be currently based in the UAE
• Candidates must attend the interview in formal business attire
