As a Sales and Business Development executive – Walk in interview, you will be on the front lines of our business development efforts, meeting with prospective clients face-to-face to present and sell our web development, mobile app, and software solutions.
This is a field-based role ideal for a self-driven, tech-aware individual with strong people skills and a passion for digital products.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient Outreach & Field Sales
- Visit small to medium-sized businesses, offices, and shops to introduce Code Hive’s services.
- Explain our offerings clearly ranging from websites and mobile applications to SaaS products.
- Build and maintain a client list through field visits, walk-ins, cold calls, and referrals.
- Understand each client’s unique business needs and suggest the right digital solutions.
- Achieve monthly targets for meetings, deals closed, and revenue generated.
Sales & Negotiation
- Present tailored proposals and explain pricing structures and value.
- Handle objections, negotiate deals, and follow up to ensure closure.
- Collect feedback and keep clients engaged even after the deal is signed.
Documentation & Reporting
- Record client interactions, leads, and deals using CRM systems.
- Maintain accurate visit logs and daily sales activity reports.
- Work closely with the internal team to ensure a smooth transition from sales to delivery.
Market Awareness & Strategy
- Stay informed about digital trends, competitors, and customer pain points.
- Share market insights with the marketing and product teams for improvements.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: 2 to 3 years in outdoor/field sales, ideally in the IT or software industry.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or any relevant field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and explain tech services in simple terms.
- Basic understanding of websites, mobile apps, and digital tools is preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM systems like Zoho or HubSpot is a plus.
- English fluency is required.

Additional Details:
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: AED 3,000.00 – AED 4,500.00 per month (Depends on Experience) Plus Commission.
Location: Dubai (Required; relocation before starting work is required)
