Walk-in interview urgently hiring for Receptionist cum Telesales, who main Responsibilities will include:
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner
- Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner, and answer any questions visitors have
- Keep detailed and accurate records of visitors.
- Receive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail
- Take inventory of supplies and restock as needed.
- Assists with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, filing, and collating typing letters, presentations.
- Do no. of calls to clients as Telesales
Qualifications and skills
- High school diploma.
- Atleast one years of administrative experience.
- Computer skills.
- Communication proficiency (written & Verbal) – English is a must.
- Collaboration Skills.
- Multi Task Performer
