Reception/Front Desk Team Leader – Walk-in interview

Hatta Outdoor is preparing for Season 6 starting September 2023. We are looking to employ a Reception Team leader who will manage both the reception team and also the flow of public who are looking for advice and/or purchasing tickets for Hatta Outdoor’s portfolio of premier adventurous attractions.

Reporting to Senior Management and assisted by colleagues the Reception Team Leader will manage all aspects of Hatta Outdoor’s reception area.

Responsibilities

• Manage a small reception team,
• Follow clear operating procedures.
• Finalize daily accounts and transfer monies to accounting department.
• Take payments and issue receipts and wristbands.
• Take booking and maintain calendars.
• Meet and greet customers.
• Give advice on attractions and their suitability for users.
• Confirm user suitability in terms of height, weight, and age.
• Ensure user disclaimer forms are accurate and signed.
• Report bookings to relevant departments.
• Answer telephone calls.
• Deliver outstanding customer service.
• Manage customer complaints.
• Reply to email and social media questions.
• Other relevant duties the organization might require.

Candidate requirements:

• Management experience in a front of house environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Personable, outgoing and a team player.
• Confident, friendly, polite and a professional manner.
• Experience of working in a customer service environment is preferred.
• Accurate numeracy and a good level of information technology skills.
• A great communicator who loves working with people.
• Reliable, flexible, and hardworking.
