We are looking for a competitive Field Sales Executive to develop sales strategies and attract new clients. Desired Candidates should meet below Job Roles and Responsibilities:

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
  • Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
  • Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives.
  • Answering client questions regarding their account or sales products.
  • Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  • Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
  • Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections’
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams

Requirements

  • Must have minimum 2 years Sales Experience in UAE
  • Proficiency in English. 
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
  • Fast learner and passion for sales
  • Bachelor degree
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
  • Salary : 3000 – 6000 AED, it depends upon experience and competency
  • Can join immediately
