Hiring Company: Park Regis Hotel Business bay UAE
We are looking for a Guest Service Agent to provide high-quality service to our hotel guests. You will address complaints and go the extra mile to make sure our guests are satisfied.
In this role, you should be an excellent communicator who ca stay positive when facing difficult situations. You should also be reliable and customer-oriented, as you’ll serve as a primary point of contact for our guests.
Your goal will be to ensure our guests enjoy themselves and plan to come back to our facilities.
Responsibilities
- Review arrival lists to welcome guests. Process all guests check-ins, check-outs, room assignments, and room change/late check-out requests.
- Secure payment; activate/reissue room keys.
- Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests’ service needs; assist individuals with disabilities; thank guests with genuine appreciation.
- Ensure rates match market codes, document exceptions.
- Verify/adjust billing for guests.
- Communicate to appropriate staff when guests are waiting for an available room.
- Advise guests message.
- Clear departure in computer system.
- Coordinate with housekeeping to track room status and guest’s concerned.
- File guest paperwork or documentation.
- Attend to special guests (e.g. VIPs) and answer their inquiries.
- Help prepare welcome folders with collateral (e.g. room service menus).
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Guest Relations Officer.
- Familiarity with hospitality industry standards and software.
- Computer Literacy
- A customer-oriented and professional attitude.
- An outgoing personality
- Outstanding communication abilities
- Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
