Eximius Property Agent LLC is Urgently Hiring for a FDigital Marketing Specialist. Desired candidate preferably with Real Estate experience. All interested candidates walk-in for our open walk-in interview at location shown below

Skills & Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of Experienced as a Digital marketing specialist in Real Estate.
  • Expert in Social Media and Google AdWords Paid Campaigns
  • Knowledgeable in SEO and SEM
  • Social Media Management
  • Email & SMS Marketing
  • Create and manage a range of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including company website, email, social media, and paid advertising.
  • Implement strategies and best practices to maximize the lead generation for the Company.
  • Write and optimize content for the website and social networking accounts.
  • Identify new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies and ensure the brand is at the forefront of industry developments, particularly developments in mobile marketing
  • Manage the company’s social media presence, including creating and scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and growing the community (controlling external marketing agency)
  • Prepares videography and conducts photoshoots.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write compelling content and present ideas effectively.
  • Strong knowledge across all digital marketing aspects – Paid media, social media, owned media, technology tools, backend, and tech related solutions.
