Job Responsibilities:
- Up sell rooms.
- Processes reservations by mail, telephone or central reservation systems referral
- Processes reservations from the sales office, other hotel departments, and travel agents.
- Knows the type of rooms available as well as their location and layout.
- Managed and prepared daily reservations report to be forwarded to head office.
- Responded to guest inquiries about hotel services, checkout times, the local community and other matters of public interest
- Interfaced routinely with members of housekeeping and maintenance staffs
- Maintained a professional appearance and attitude as the first line of positive customer service
- Resolved guest concerns or complaints in a timely, courteous and professional manner
