We are urgently hiring for Customer Service Representative / Reservation Agents to Join our Dubai UAE Hotel Team. Walk in interview for candidates who meet below job qualifications and requirements.
As a Customer service Representative you will be responsible for:
- Greeting guests as they arrive
- Undertaking front desk service duties.
- Administering check-in and check-outs.
- Assigning rooms and issuing keys.
- Delivering mail and messages.
- Processing guest payments and managing bills.
- Coordinating with porters, concierge, kitchen staff and housekeeping.
- Acting as a central source of information for guests during their stay.
- Processing food and beverage requests.
- Resolving problems as well as dealing with conflict or tension with disappointed guests.
Job Requirements:
- Candidates inside UAE and immediate joiners preferred.
- Knowledge of OPERA Software is mandatory
- Minimum Two (2) years of proven experience in Hotel industry
