Admin Assistant/Document Controller Walk-in interview

We are looking for lady admin assistant/document controller. This position comes with the following Job responsibilities. Qualified candidates kindly walk-in for an interview with your recent cv.

The key responsibility are:

  • Relaying and resolving routine telephone and/or walk-up inquiries
  • Responsible for the timely, accurate and efficient preparation and management of documents (engineering drawings)
  • High degree of multi tasking and time management capabilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


  • Applicant must hold a Diploma / Bachelor degree
  • At-least 1-2 years experience in administrative work.
  • Computer literate and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc)

Preferred: Visit Visa / Canceled Visa

Expected Start Date: 10/10/2021

Working Hours: 8 hours a day ( 8:00am to 4:30pm) 5 days a week (Sunday to Thursday)
