Job Descriptions:
- Always work in a clean and hygienic manner which complies to food safety and HACCP standards
- To participate in food preparation, produce food consistently to high quality and presentation whilst expediting food production during peak meal periods as needed
- To ensure that the kitchen area is clean at all times with consistent food stock in all kitchen areas Avoidance of any cross contamination in all kitchen areas Monitors kitchen equipment and reports any issues to superiors Measures, mixes, and prepares ingredients, sauces, and seasonings and other meal items as instructed by seniors within the kitchen Perform any general duties as defined by the kitchen supervisor and helps with any other department or sections in the kitchen as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: AED1,300.00 – AED3,000.00 per month
