Job Requirement and responsibilities.
- Greeting and serving customers,
- Providing detailed information on menus,
- multi-tasking various front-of-the-house duties
- collecting the bill,
- in case of complaint you have to attend complaints and manage them by resolving customers complaints
- Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices
