Job Responsibilities:
- Assist and advise customers in selecting travel options that meet their preferences and budget.
- Make reservations for flights, hotels, and travel packages using Galileo, Amadeus, or Sabre systems.
- Check availability of accommodation and transportation on desired travel dates.
- Plan and suggest local attractions and tourist destinations for itineraries.
- Resolve issues related to bookings, changes, or cancellations.
- Provide accurate information and answer questions regarding the reservation process.
- Handle booking amendments and customer queries professionally.
- Ensure all booking details are organized and accurately recorded.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in:
- Airline ticketing (using Galileo, Amadeus, or Sabre)
- Travel package and sightseeing bookings
- Strong customer service experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong multi-tasking and time-management skills
- Ability to prioritize and work under pressure
- Good destination knowledge and awareness of current travel trends
