We are currently seeking skilled and enthusiastic waitresses to join our dynamic team. As a waiter & waitress, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our valued guests.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables.
- Take accurate orders and serve food and beverages promptly.
- Provide menu recommendations and answer customer inquiries.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing their needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure efficient service.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and promptly.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a restaurant or hotel setting.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to multitask and work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a positive attitude.
- Food handling and safety knowledge.
