We are looking for Marketing Manager in recruitment and manpower power outsourcing compulsory with the same field experience.
Responsibilities
- Contacting and meeting potential clients to establish rapport
- Explaining the services offered by the company.
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
- Finding and Developing new market for Outsourcing / Recruitment
- Developing quotes and Proposals for clients
- Developing goals and Business Growth and ensuring they are met
- Resolving queries and issues related to the services.
- Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.
- Suggesting solutions based on clients’ needs and requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business / Marketing or related field
- Strong Communication Skills
- Work experience as a Business Development / Marketing in Manpower / Outsourcing Industry
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi task
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
