We are urgently hiring for Customer Service Representative/Call Center Agents. We invite all candidates who meet the below Hob requirements for a walk-in interview at location shown below:
Job Duties for this post will include:
- Handling incoming/outgoing calls from Company
- Greet Caller and note down all relevant details
- Registering /Updating Complaints/Job Requests
- Follow up on jobs for completion with site supervisor/Engineering/Site Manager
- Dispatching all registered jobs and updating it in CAFM system.
- Checking helpdesk mails for WEB/SMS/Email job request from customers.
- Monitor the job portal for job requests from customers.
- Monitor client specific applications for new jobs/requests
- preparing Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Yearly Report
- Carry out customer satisfaction survey as & when requested
- Handling escalations and escalating when needed to the relevant department
- Login/Logout according to the shifts Timing.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Up to AED4,000.00 per month
