Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center is preferred.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and order processing.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Working Conditions: 5 Days a week, 9 Hours a day, Rotational Shifts and Weekends.
- Due to the nature of the role, candidates with good English Reading, Writing and Speaking are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receiving and Inspection: Receive, unload, and verify the accuracy of incoming shipments. Inspect and report any damages or discrepancies in received products.
- Order Picking and Packing: Efficiently pick customer orders ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Pack and prepare orders for shipping, following company standards.
- Inventory Management: Perform regular cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records. Assist in conducting periodic inventory audits.
- Shipping and Dispatch: Prepare shipping documents and labels. Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate shipments.
- Warehouse Organization: Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring a safe and efficient workflow.
- Quality Control: Ensure all products leaving the warehouse meet quality standards.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
