We’re looking for a talented Web designer to join our growing team. The successful candidate is expected to produce creative designs and polished final deliverables under the guidance of Development and Marketing.
Good Knowledge in design, online marketing, advertising, and interactive digital space is preferred. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for a team player with a positive attitude.
Job Responsibilities
- Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to development
- Conceptualize original website design ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex roadblocks
- Present designs and key deliverables
- Ability to solve problems creatively
Required Skills
- 2+ years of professional design experience in a design firm, advertising agency or in an in-house designer role
- Having LMS (Learning Management System) website knowledge is required
- High-level sense of design, color, layout, proportions
- Able to offer a variety of design and digital illustration solutions in a quick and efficient manner
- Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
- Proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping
- Experience designing compelling multimedia, videos and web pieces
- Must be able to apply style guides creatively while upholding the brand identity
- Able to take projects from start to finish with moderate supervision
- Strong problem solving and time management skills
- Highly adaptable, quick learner, and team-oriented
- Great attention to detail, and passion for design
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
