Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet customers as they approach the truck
- Inform customers of daily specials
- Prepare checks that itemize and total meal costs and sales taxes (manual tickets of electronic POS systems)
- Taking customers orders and delivery food and beverages
- Communicate order details to the Chef
- Follow the company rules and regulations
- Responsible for cleanliness, health and safety as per the Dubai Municipality Commission
- Responsible for opening and closing of the food truck.
Requirements:
- Preferred Philippines
- Must be on their feet for long periods of time
- Presentable
- Professional and friendly. (Even in tough situations)
- Team player
- Effective communication skills with quests and staff
- Quick thinking
- Basic math skills
- Great attention to detail
