Job Description:

  • Provides administrative support to all employees
  • Manage the office daily and handles administrative functions
  • Handles incoming calls and designate them to concerned individuals
  • Check frequently the levels of office supplies and place appropriate orders
  • Drafts Excel Sheets (or other Microsoft Applications) for reports when needed to support management and other departments
  • Directly reports to the CEO and provides service that is in line with management work habits and preferences
  • Oversee the performance of other clerical and administrative staff

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Female applicants are highly preferred
  • Willing to travel
  • Decent physical outlook with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Must have good communication skills and able to maintain good working relations
  • Knowledge in various computer applications like Microsoft Word, Excel and etc.
  • Excellent use of email systems
  • Good reporting skills
