Job Description:
- Provides administrative support to all employees
- Manage the office daily and handles administrative functions
- Handles incoming calls and designate them to concerned individuals
- Check frequently the levels of office supplies and place appropriate orders
- Drafts Excel Sheets (or other Microsoft Applications) for reports when needed to support management and other departments
- Directly reports to the CEO and provides service that is in line with management work habits and preferences
- Oversee the performance of other clerical and administrative staff
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Female applicants are highly preferred
- Willing to travel
- Decent physical outlook with excellent interpersonal skills
- Must have good communication skills and able to maintain good working relations
- Knowledge in various computer applications like Microsoft Word, Excel and etc.
- Excellent use of email systems
- Good reporting skills
