Field Engineers/IT Technicians (Job Location: ABU DHABI)
- Experience with Telecom Service provider companies
- Wireless router configuration
- FTTH installation experience – fiber optic tecnition
- Customer service, telephone, internet, IP TV, installation, Maintenance & troubleshooting
- Provide technical expertise on installation and termination of Fiber Optic Cable indoor and outdoor.
- Installed Optical Distribution Frames and Fiber Optic Splitter
- Fiber optic installation/ check all the safety tools and equipments before proceed work or execution of the work
- Handles responsibilities of installing and monitoring wireless and wired network to support communication system.
Activation Engineers (Job Location: DUBAI)
- CCNA or CCNP Certified must
- Experience in L2, L3 Telecom Switch is a must
- Worked in technology-based service provider
- Troubleshooting
- Implementation of CRs (Change Requests) by coordinating with the
- network teams and the customer as well, to minimize downtime.
- Troubleshoot if any issue being face with the installation
- Installation, Configurations and Troubleshooting of FNL Access Seeker and Provider
- VLAN, Network Configuration, Networking, VLAN
- Configuring and Troubleshooting of cisco (cat4500, cat7500 & ME34 )
- Configuring and Troubleshooting of Huawei S93K, S33K series of switches.
- Configuring Nortel soft switch for telephone configurations.
- Installing and Configuring managed switch and router (Cisco 3560/3750 switches , Cisco 2900 series router , 3com switches)
- Troubleshooting both L2 and L3 Issues with field engineer as well as Customer.
- Design , Implementation and Troubleshooting for STP , VTP, Access Port
- Experience in various FTTH GPON technologies (Ericsson, ALU & Huawei).
- Configuring and troubleshooting CPE’s (Huawei Xavi, Pirelli, Zhone, I3 Micro, GPON ONT etc.).
- Responsible for escalating suitable cases to NOC Team, other vendors, voice/video team, cabling Team or provisioning department.
- Trouble shooting and maintenance of network related issues concerning the services by visiting the customer premise.
- Troubleshooting Networks, Wireless Access Points and servers.
ADMIN (Job Location: DUBAI)
- Must have Admin experience in IT Industry (Telecom)
- Knowledge of Telecom industry
- Excellent with Excel
- Tracker Maintenance
