DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITY

• Provides customer service, sales and operational support for the Dispatch Department.
• Answers phone resolves billing problems.
• Research delivery tracking requests and provides feedback; attempts to resolve misplaced delivery.
• Communicates with Sales/Service to resolve customer problems.
• Assists with operational procedures including delivery processing and documentation, manifesting, sending delivery status information, and POD follow including verification of freight on board.
• Dispatches pick-up and delivery information in a timely and efficient manner.

License:UAE driving License (Preferred)

Language:English (Required)
