Interview Location:Epicure Catering Services - Dubai
Walk-in Interviews for Commis-I,II,III, helpers.Primary Purpose of the role: Cook and prepare a variety of food product including meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables sauces, stocks, bread and other food products using variety of equipment and utensils according to the daily prep list, maintaining high quality food and following HACCP standards to ensure an ultimate clients satisfaction.
Key Accountability:
- Prepare the daily checklist and follow the SOPs at all times
- Should be fully aware of basic food hygiene standards
- Prepare a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables and other food items for cooking in broilers, ovens, grills, fryers and other kitchen equipment.
- Understand and complies consistently with health factory standard portioning and cooking methods, policies and procedures.
- Portion food products prior and after cooking according to standard portions size and recipe specification
- Maintains a clean and sanitary work station area.
- Close the kitchen properly and following all closing procedures as per HACCP standards
- Attend all scheduled meetings, and daily briefings and bring suggestions for improvements
- Inform CDP immediately of product shortages
- Perform other duties assigned by the chef on Duty.
Job Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar capacity
- Must be able to communicate clearly with managers and kitchen personnel
