We are looking for a Cost Accountant to join our team. If you have worked in the manufacturing industry on ERP Software before and have advanced accounting skills, we are interested in speaking with you.
Our Company is a packaging industry and we rely on cost-benefit ratios to drive our production line. We also need strict regulation over the costs of materials, supplies, other direct and indirect costing.
Job Description:
· Review Stock/Purchase JEs carefully for anomalies and other inconsistencies
· Prepare monthly and quarterly costing reports for submission to management
· Conduct inventory analysis on a monthly basis and generate reports for senior management
· Assist the Accounts with suggesting changes to policies or procedures to increase cash flow
· Review Direct expenses and suggest policy changes to improve.
· Establish standard costs and update them as appropriate.
· Analyze costs of raw materials and other supplies and create cost-benefit analyses.
· Keeping control on ERP-costing software and extending support to other users.
