Job Description: 

Cook & prepare products, serve & host customers, handle orders transactions, promote sales and handle customers complains whenever appropriate. Ensure maximum guest satisfaction. TM could work as a cashier/packer, server/ cook and/ supply base as assigned by duty manager.


  • Minimum high school, hotel & tourism education is preferable.
  • Past experience in Hotel or Food business in a similar post preferred.
  • Acceptable command over English language (writing – reading – speaking).
  • Communicative & accommodating personality.
  • Willingness and Ability to learn
  • Presentable, well-groomed and cheerful

Other Responsibilities:

  • Help other team members and offers suggestions to improve restaurant performance
  • Works in all assigned stations with the same readiness level
