Responsibilities:
Must be thoroughly familiar with all food items facilities, promotions timing
Must be knowledgeable of menu, ingredients, and special offers
Job Description:
1. Guest interaction
2. Obtaining guest feedback
3. Ensuring that quality levels of service are met
4. Communicating guest comments to mgt.
5. Communicating needs to management’
6. Team player
7. Attending daily briefings and weekly meetings with team
8. Keeping race and reference of guests likes and dislikes
Requirements:
- A high school qualification or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a managerial position.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in Sales would be advantageous.
- Highly organized.
- 3-5 years experience in Hotel or Restaurant Industry
- Fluent in English
