Job Responsibilities:
- Taking inbound customer inquiries and closing deals for service requirements.
- Effectively use online system to input all customer’s inquiries, task assignments, invoicing and reporting
- Must be good to develop customer relationship and trust by effective communication and committed service delivery
- Should have Good IT background
- Task scheduling, assignments and reporting
- Efficient handling of Telephonic inquiries and should be multitasking
- Must have strong communication and negotiation skills
