Storekeeper/ Inventory Controller/Warehouse Assistant Urgently Required for a leading company in the UAE. Below ia a job description for this role:

Responsibilities:

1.Receiving the materials checking the material with invoice received cross verifying with the Lpo raised for the same
2. Checking of company name in invoice trn no. Date of invoice mentioned in the bill is correct.
3. Weighing the qty of goods received in weighing scale before accepting the goods.
4.the above process is done in presence of kitchen staff vouch for quality of perishable goods.
5.storing the item in proper storage areas all same items stored at the same places for ease of issue and stock count.
6 checking expiry of goods and/or re order level to inform head chef or purchase manager for re order of the goods.
7. Receive issue request from departments and issue the same to them and post them as issue in the system.
8. Do regular stock count of the inventory to check physical stock and system stock is tally.
9. Adequate knowledge of item identification for food beverage and liquor items.
