A growing web and digital agency are looking for an active and energetic Secretary cum HR & Admin Assistant. The right candidate should have good experience working in the administration field. Key job responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Preparing invoices , quotations, and any other finance-related matters
- Handling recruitment process.
- Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency
- Performing general administrative duties such as photocopying, scanning, mailing, filing, recording and carrying out general outdoor office tasks.
- Dealing and negotiating with vendors for purchases online and outdoor
- Greeting and directing all visitors, including vendors, clients, job candidates, and customers( Undertake occasional receptionist duties )
- Checking and responding to emails and handling phone calls
- Responding to live-chat on the website (training will be given)
- Check frequently the levels of office supplies and place appropriate orders
Skills:
- Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques
- High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
The right candidate should have strong Admin, IT and Communication skills and at least 1 year of work experience.
