A growing web and digital agency are looking for an active and energetic Secretary cum HR & Admin Assistant. The right candidate should have good experience working in the administration field. Key job responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Preparing invoices, quotations, and any other finance-related matters
  • Handling recruitment process.
  • Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency
  • Performing general administrative duties such as photocopying, scanning, mailing, filing, recording, and carrying out general outdoor office tasks.
  • Dealing and negotiating with vendors for purchases online and outdoor
  • Greeting and directing all visitors, including vendors, clients, job candidates, and customers( Undertake occasional receptionist duties )
  • Checking and responding to emails and handling phone calls
  • Responding to live-chat on the website (training will be given)
  • Check frequently the levels of office supplies and place appropriate orders

Skills:

  • Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques
  • High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

The right candidate should have strong Admin, IT and Communication skills and at least 1 year of work experience.
