 We BEST DEALS REAL ESTATE, are looking for a office secretary, office admin with front desk experience for our office in International City. This position will involve reception, secretarial jobs and some basic office admin duties in the real estate industry. REAL ESTATE OR ADMIN EXPERIENCE IS PREFERRED!  Must be able to start immediately.

Job Duties include the following:

Administration Assignments:
1. Complete experience on daily company’s administration job;
Providing administrative / office support, including document preparation, copying, scanning and emailing to clients
2. Operate, update and use all office applications
3. English speaking and writing expertise is MUST.
4. Prepare tenancy contracts, addendum’s and MOU’s
5. General knowledge of Real Estate Industry is required.
7. Record keeping
8. Salary and pay role
9. Banking and accounting reports;

– Must be presentable
-Strong verbal and written communication skills
– Attention to Detail
– Proficient with MS Office Suite
-Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
