We are looking for an indoor sales representative(equipment rental specialist) who has 1 to 2 years of experience in Machines/Power tools rental industry.
The Equipment Rental Specialist is an inside sales role responsible supporting telephone and walk-in customers with rentals of all types of construction/industrial equipment.
This position is considered the company’s front line of contact with the customer, whose purpose is to understand customer equipment needs, negotiate and place orders. The role also requires strong administrative skills and an ability to deliver customer satisfaction through a professional attitude at all times.
Education Or Experience That Prepares You For Success
1. High School diploma or GED required
2. Familiarity with various types of construction/industrial tools & equipment.
Applicants should meet the following:
1. Who has at least 1 year experience in Machinery/Equipment rental Industry.
2. Strong customer service & telephone skills
3. Solid computer and administrative skills
4. Be able to send/receive emails.
5. Good Excel Skills
6. Attend to customers enquirers.
7. Prepare & send quotations.
8. Be able to report his monthly performance and sales performance to the management.
