Customer service Representatives who meet the below Job requirements and Responsibilities required at  Rafa international llc. Candidates from all national are welcome:

Responsibilities:

  • Face to face interaction with customers
  • Answering customer queries via Email & Phone
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent.
  • Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
  • Comfortable using computers.
  • Experience working with customer support.
