Job Roles:

Manage office activities and operations
Handle phone calls and correspondence
Responsible for daily general office management
Assist in budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
Organize mail delivery as requested and provide proper documentation
Generate and update records as well as databases
Make calls and scheduled meetings for the management team.
Handle client enquirers via telephone and email correspondence

Job Qualifications and Experience

At least one to two years of experience in the same role required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good organizational and leadership skills
Should be able to multi-task and work under pressure
Expertise in Ms Office suite including a good typing speed
Excellent planning and organizing skills
Must be good in English
