DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITY
- Provides customer service, sales and operational support for the Dispatch Department.
- Answers phone resolves billing problems.
- Research delivery tracking requests and provides feedback; attempts to resolve misplaced delivery.
- Communicates with Sales/Service to resolve customer problems.
- Assists with operational procedures including delivery processing and documentation, manifesting, sending delivery status information, and POD follow including verification of freight on board.
- Dispatches pick-up and delivery information in a timely and efficient manner.
License:
- UAE driving License (Preferred)
Language:
- English (Required)
- Hindi (Required)
- Arabic (Preferred)
