MELiUS Marketing DMCC are Urgently hiring for level 1 customer service Staff. This is an urgent position and all candidates should be able to join the company immediately. Interested candidates can walk-in for an interview on the 9th of March from 10Am to 12Noon. Note The first 50 will be accommodated for the interview. Job description is as shown below;
- Provides first-level customer support on MELiUS supplied products, platform, and application through email and chat
- Actively supports the customer in all aspects through to problem resolution, keeping the customer informed and updated throughout the life of incident
- Identifies and resolves issues affecting customer client systems
- Uses troubleshooting techniques and tools to identify (technical) issues
- Assumes a proactive role in technical support/avoidance by identifying common problems and documenting resolutions
