Main Responsibilities;
- Greet and Receive patients and their escorts.
- To attend patients approaching the front desk in the procedure of check-in and check- out, inquiries and all related matters in line with the policies of the organization.
- Answer patients’ queries regarding services, medical insurance procedures from approval, follow ups, rejection and other insurance activities and payment.
- Ensure that the patients are being accommodated without any delay.
- Make the patients comfortable while they are waiting.
- Prepare and process Medical Insurance claim forms.
- Schedule appointments for patients. Confirmation of appointments and cancellations.
Experience
- Should have at least 2-3 years of experience in Customer Service
- Healthcare experience is a plus.
