Customer Care Agents/Telecaller Agents walk in interview

Hiring Company: INFINITE FINANCING BROKER CO

We are looking for a Customer care Agents/Telecalling candidates with good communication skills. The Customer care Agents your job description will include, but not limited to:

Job Descriptions:

  • Making calls to clients and Explain services and offers
  • Answering customer information about services
  • Obtaining customer information such as name and address for inquiries
  • Keeping track of customers that have been contacted and those who do not want to be contacted in the future
  • Following up on previous customers for potential sales
  • Maintaining records of customer contacts
  • Completing customer surveys to obtain information about potential customers

Job Requirements:

  • Good Communication Skill in the English Language
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and E-mail

Dates: Ongoing, Monday to Friday

Interview Time: 10 am to 5 pm

Location: INFINITE FINANCING BROKER CO Dubai

No: 101, B2 Block, Gulf Tower, Oud Metha, Opposite Dubai Healthcare City, UAE.
