Candidate should have a minimum 2 to 3 years of prior experience of working in a food outlet or restaurant or café or cake shop
Should have excellent communication skills in English language (spoken and written) and should be able to draft professional emails
Should have a pleasing, friendly and approachable personality with very high levels of customer service skills
Should be able and willing to work in a multi-cultural and fast-paced environment as part of a team
Should be able to multi-task and work under pressure with minimum super-vision and high levels of integrity, sincerity, commitment
Should have a forthcoming attitude towards work and willing to work extra hours on busy work days to ensure a smooth operation
Operational aspects of the job include counter sales and service, handling walk-in customers, phone orders, cashiering, inventory management, daily reporting, cleaning, coordinating with Kitchen for production of orders, dispatching deliveries. Basically, all Front of house operations of the retail bakery shop.
