Job Description:
1. Hires, trains, motivates, counsels and monitors the performance of all salespeople.
Directs sales staffing and training in ways that will enhance the development and control of our sales process.
2. Develop and manage metrics, KPI’s, and success criteria for all sales programs, people and activities.
Works through CRM/ ERP and maintains and 3. updates the database from time to time.
3. Builds business by identifying and generation of leads to increase sales.
Monitors salesperson productivity and performance.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, strategic partners, suppliers in support of solid and sustained business relationships.
Develop a sales organization structure that is nimble, flexible and aggressive with goals
Set up meetings with potential clients and address the concerns and requirements.
Develop, manage and maintain the business’s Annual Operating Plan relating to revenue, contribution margin and the activities of the sales organization.
Conduct online marketing research
Study competitors, their product lines, pricing and market trends that may affect our business.
Study and collect online information from different countries or markets.
Suggest or recommend management for selling ideas, promotional concepts.
Coordinate with another department for timely service or resolving issues of the customers.
