Male/Female, 40 years old and below
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality / Culinary and with certification in Health and Safety and, Food Hygiene
HACCP / PIC certificate is a plus
Proven work experience as in the similar role
Hands-on experience with planning menus and ordering ingredients
Knowledge of a wide range of recipes
Familiarity with kitchen sanitation and safety regulations
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Responsible for the overall operations for the back of house and kitchen area
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Can join immediately
Work location: City Walk/Bluewaters, Dubai, UAE

Salary is up to 9,000 AED full package depending on experience and qualifications
