- Must have 3 Years of working experience as a secretary.
- Exellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
- Well versed in computor applications
- At least 3 year of experience in administration or Secretarial skills
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Arranging travel schedule and making reservations
- Scheduling appointmentsand meeting for the employer
- Opening and distributing incoming E-mails and coordinating flow of info internally
- Maintaining inventory and ordering office supplies
- Answering to Telephone and other electronic enquiries and relaying telephone calls
- Establishing office procedures
- Greting and welcoming visitors, and directing them to the employer
- Performing all other duties as may be required by the business.
